Before starting any training programme I provide a consultation where we discuss your health, lifestyle habits and fitness goals. This includes measuring weight, blood pressure and body mass index/body fat percentages. 

Results are recorded in your own Personal Fitness Report which helps plot progress as we edge closer to your goals.

We can then build a personalised programme aimed specifically at reaching your targets.
